Downs Property Maintenance will not give quotes via email or over the phone. Either the owner of the property or an authorized representative must be present during the estimate process. Although images and written/verbal information are helpful to us in the quote process, it is not a means of providing an accurate estimate. Every job is different, and we absolutely must be able to physically see the project to provide you with the most detailed quote at the best price possible.
