Professional Installation And Repairs

Downs Property Maintenance offers professional drywall services in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas. From a new sheetrock installation to repairs, we can even repair your plaster walls if you own an older home or rental property. One issue we see time and time again is leaking roofs that, in turn, damage the sheetrock underneath of it. Another problem we see a lot in older homes is leaking around older windows that ends up hurting the sheetrock around it. Whether you have water damage issues, want to finish out your basement, or maybe bad tenants that left your walls in shambles. DPM can handle any sheetrock or plaster repair you may have. Give us a call today to schedule your free estimate. Check out the pictures below to see some of the sheetrock jobs we’ve done in the past.
